Gina Nicosia is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Chamberlain Group.
With over 25 years in human resources, she has extensive experience across design, development and implementation of company-wide initiatives from total rewards to employee engagement and driving a high-performance culture.
Most recently, Gina served as CG’s Vice President of Total Rewards, Human Resources Technology & Operations with global responsibility for the company’s compensation, benefits, technology systems and operational processes. Prior to CG, she spent 20 years at Allstate Insurance Company, where she was responsible for strategic planning and change leadership in Human Resources.
Gina holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. She’s a member of the DuPage Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors.
She lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her teenage son, Nathan. She enjoys music, volunteering in her community, and playing pickleball.
